Pizza Catering Services for Atlanta Events

Four event formats, one live wood-fired oven. Weddings, corporate functions, birthdays and private parties — each one runs on its own timing.

Four kinds of events, four different rhythms

We cater four main types of events: weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, and private parties. Each one has a different rhythm, and the way we run the oven changes depending on which one you are planning. A wedding needs a timeline that fits a reception. A corporate lunch needs to move fast. A birthday party wants to feel relaxed.

Below is how we approach each format, what every package carries, and how timing and travel work. If you already know which format fits your date, the quote form is the fastest route in.

  • Weddings Planned around a reception timeline: cocktail hour, dinner service, or a late-night station.
  • Corporate Client dinners, team celebrations, product launches and holiday parties that need to stay on schedule.
  • Birthdays No formal service, no assigned seating — pies keep coming for the length of the party.
  • Private parties Backyards, graduations, engagement parties — flexible timing, same oven and same food quality.

Weddings and rehearsal dinners

Wedding catering is the most detailed work we do. Couples usually want the pizza to be part of the reception, not a side note, so we plan the service around your schedule: cocktail hour, dinner, or a late-night station.

Our wedding package includes a set number of pies based on guest count, a selection of salads or appetizers, and a grazing board if you want one. We coordinate with your planner, venue, and other vendors so the timing works.

For couples comparing costs, pizza catering typically comes in below a plated dinner, and the food is fresher because it is made on site. If you are weighing a seated dinner against a live station, we are glad to walk through what the reception timeline looks like either way before you decide.

Corporate functions and office events

Corporate catering covers a wide range: client dinners, team celebrations, product launches, holiday parties, and lunch-and-learns. What they share is a need for reliability. We show up on time, set up quietly, and serve without disrupting whatever else is happening.

For larger corporate events, we can run two service lines to keep things moving. We can also brand the station with a simple sign or your company colors if that is useful for client-facing events. Invoicing and certificates of insurance are standard for us.

Formats we staff

  • Client dinners A quieter station, plated in courses, kept away from the room where the meeting is happening.
  • Team celebrations Two service lines when the group is large, so nobody stands in a long queue.
  • Product launches A station that keeps working in the background while guests move between the room and the terrace.
  • Lunch-and-learns A short service window that fits inside a one-hour break and leaves the room clean.

Live station

Every event we cater runs on the same equipment: the mobile oven, the dough, the toppings and the on-site staff. What changes between formats is the menu scope and the length of service — not how the food is made.

Birthdays and milestone celebrations

Birthday parties are where the mobile pizzeria format feels most at home. There is no formal service to coordinate, no assigned seating, and no reason for guests to stay in one place. We set up, start baking, and keep pies coming for the length of your event.

Kids usually gather around the oven. Adults usually do too. For milestone birthdays, we can add a dessert option or a grazing board to round out the menu. For kids' parties, we can keep the toppings simple and the pies coming fast.

If the party has a defined cake moment, tell us the time — we will slow the oven around it so the table is clear when it matters.

Private parties and casual gatherings

Backyard parties, graduation celebrations, engagement parties, and neighborhood get-togethers all work well with a live pizza station.

These events tend to be more relaxed, which means we can be more flexible with timing. If guests are arriving in waves, we can run the oven intermittently. If it is a sit-down dinner, we can serve in courses. The setup is the same either way, and the food is the same quality.

What every package includes

Every event we cater includes the same core: the mobile oven, the dough, the toppings, the on-site staff, setup and breakdown, and service throughout the event. What changes is the menu scope and the length of service.

Our base package covers a set number of pies per guest with a standard topping selection. We quote each event individually based on guest count, menu, and location — there is no single flat price, because a 40-guest backyard and a 200-guest gala are not the same job.

Included in the base
Mobile oven, dough, standard toppings, on-site staff, setup and breakdown, service for the booked window.
Add-ons
Salads, appetizers, a grazing board, dessert, and extended service time.
Quoted per event
Guest count, menu scope, service length, and travel distance from our Peachtree Street address.

Menu options and customization

Our standard menu is Neapolitan-style pizza with a fixed set of classic pies. You can also build a custom selection from our topping list, or let us suggest a menu based on your event type and guest profile.

Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available across the board. If you want a specific regional style or a signature pie for your event, we can usually accommodate it with enough notice — tell us when you book rather than on the day.

Two practical notes from experience: a shorter menu served hot reads better than a long menu served slowly, and a single signature pie next to the classics gives guests something to talk about without slowing the line.

Timing and logistics

For most events, we arrive 90 minutes to two hours before service to set up. The oven needs time to come up to temperature, and we like to be ready before guests arrive. Service itself runs for however long you have booked us, typically two to four hours.

For larger events, we may bring additional staff to keep the line moving. We coordinate arrival times with your venue and planner so nothing overlaps awkwardly with other vendors.

  • Typical service window Two to four hours, extended on request

Travel and service area

We serve Atlanta and the surrounding metro area. Events within a 30-mile radius of our Peachtree Street address are covered under standard pricing. Beyond that, a travel fee applies based on distance.

We regularly work at venues in Buckhead, Decatur, Marietta, Alpharetta, and Sandy Springs, and we have traveled further for events at vineyards and lake houses. If your venue is outside the metro, ask us for a quote that includes travel.

Questions before you book

The things couples, office managers and party hosts ask us most often. If yours is not here, call or send a note — we answer during working hours.

How far ahead should we book a wedding?

Weddings take the longest to plan because the service has to sit inside a reception timeline that other vendors are also working against. Booking once your venue and date are confirmed gives us room to coordinate with your planner. Shorter notice is often still workable for smaller guest counts.

Do you need power and water at the venue?

The oven runs on its own fuel, but we do need a standard power point for lights and equipment, plus a place to park the trailer with reasonable ground access. We walk through the setup with your venue before the date so there are no surprises on the day.

Can you handle dietary requirements?

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are available across the menu, and we keep them separate at the station. Tell us the numbers when you book so we bake enough of each rather than improvising at the event.

How is pricing worked out?

Every event is quoted individually. The three things that move the number most are guest count, menu scope and travel distance. Send us those and we will come back with a clear breakdown rather than a single unexplained figure.

Ready to plan your event?

Send us the date, the venue, the guest count and the format — wedding, corporate, birthday or private party — and we will come back with a quote and a service plan. If you are still choosing between formats, we are happy to talk it through first.
